Who do you provide support to?Singletons: We provide care for single newborns, ensuring they receive the attention and support they need. Twins and Multiples: Our team is experienced in caring for twins and multiples, offering specialized support for each child. NICU Newborns: We offer care for newborns who have spent time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), helping them transition smoothly to home life. Colicky Newborns: We have expertise in soothing and caring for colicky newborns, providing relief for both baby and parents. Special Needs: Our team is trained to care for newborns with special needs, offering compassionate and specialized support. Preemie and Micro Preemie: We provide care for preemies and micro preemies, ensuring they receive the gentle and attentive care they require. We provide support to all families, including single mothers by choice (SMBC), LGBTQ+ individuals, and People of Color. Our focus is on inclusivity and ensuring that everyone receives the care and support they need.

What is a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS)?A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) is a non-clinical child care professional who provides hands-on care and guidance to new parents and their newborns. NCS professionals are also known as infant care specialists or baby nurses.

When does an NCS start working with a family, and how long do they stay?An NCS typically starts working with a family on the day they bring the baby home from the hospital or the day of a home birth. An NCS usually stays with a family for up to 4 months to guide and educate new parents and offer hands-on care to the newborn.

How soon should I book your services & what are your fees?The sooner, the better to ensure I’m available for your specific dates. However, life is unpredictable—especially with a new baby. I try to accommodate last-minute requests when possible. Finances shouldn't be a stressor during this special time. That's why I offer different packages to suit various needs. From hourly rates to full-day packages, there’s something to fit every budget. Detailed pricing can be discussed during our initial free consultation.
