    • A signed service agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to confirm your booking. The deposit will be applied to your total package cost.

  3. Package Selection:

    • Choose from our range of packages tailored to different levels of support. Custom packages are also available to meet your specific needs.

  4. Availability:

    • Kradle Kare LLC is committed to providing personalized care. Availability is limited to ensure each client receives the attention they deserve. Early booking is recommended.

  5. Payment Terms:

    • Payment plans are available to make high-quality care affordable. The remaining balance is due according to the agreed payment schedule.

  6. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee. The deposit is non-refundable.

  7. Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Availability for rescheduled sessions is subject to our schedule.

  8. Emergency Support:

    • In case of an emergency, Kradle Kare LLC is available for support via call or text. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need immediate assistance.

  9. Client Confidentiality:

    • Your privacy is important to us. All personal information shared during our sessions will be kept confidential.

  10. Feedback and Reviews:
